Camera switches itself off, app crashes and no longer works so you have reinstall it. And when I requested an account closure they ignored my emails for 5 months before I threatened legal action. An sich echt super nur oft funktioniert die Ton Übertragung nicht oder ist viel zu leise. Dann hab ich auch ab und an mal das Problem das sich die Verbindung trennt und ich dann unterwegs nicht rein schauen kann. Sonst super. Am Kundenservice kann man noch bisschen arbeiten weil als ich die Kamera damals zurück geben wollte mir trotzdem weiterhin Geld abgebucht wurde. Ich musste mich 3x mit dem Kundenservice auseinandersetzen, da ich immer wieder emails bekommen habe das ich die Kamera nicht zurück geschickt habe oder das eine zurück Geschichte Kamera keine Kündigung ist, obwohl die Kündigung schon lange vorher besprochen wurde. ### 3/5 — Bewertung der 2 Kameras von Smartfrog *2020-06-15, version 2.17.0* Der Preis ist perfekt, jedoch muss ich sagen, es ist sehr empfindlich und kommt schnell zum abhacken der Bilder und Töne!!! Exspensive for a regular monthly fee. ### 4/5 — Wirklich sehr gut *2020-06-08, version 2.17.0* Haben die Kamera für unser Baby gekauft klappt super ob es der Alarm ist oder die Qualität. Es gibt ein kleinen minus Punkt und zwar weil manchmal sehr selten, die Verbindung hergestellt ist aber kein Bild da ist nur Ton dann muss ich die Kamera erst vom Strom trennen dann funktioniert es wieder aber sind überzeugt haben uns weitere Kameras besorgt haben mittlerweile 5 Stück. Ich würde mir wünschen das man als Alarm Ton ein anderen einstellen könnte gerade über das Handy sonst verwechselt man es immer mit der normalen Nachricht. ### 2/5 — Nothing but problems *2020-06-01, version 2.17.0* Got two cameras look great in the box. Night vision is extremely poor for outside just shows black from sundown to sun up. Constantly drops connection and now for the past two days I’m unable to view recordings as camera switches to disconnected although you can see it’s recorded. Also getting error messages a lot when trying to open app just says error try again or update app. App is most up to dare. If I didn’t have to send back at my own cost I would have got rid of by now. Won’t be renewing after the 12 months is up ### 1/5 — I’ve given up *2020-06-01, version 2.17.0* I’ve been using the smart frog cam for over a year and it’s had MANY problems but I’ve finally had enough, the app is unusable half the time, missing a lot of features other security cams have and the reliability of connection is awful, I’ve finally given up and will be leaving smart frog ### 3/5 — App terrible just lately *2020-05-31, version 2.16.1* To be fair I have had these cameras now coming up nearly 2 years. Never really had too much to complain about although there has been problems at times. 2 weeks ago the ability to live view was faulty. I received a phone call apologising for fault and how long it had taken to rectify the problem. Zum Support kann ich nur lobende Worte sagen. Sehr schnelle Bearbeitung und kompetente Hilfe.
