## What is SmartGard.AI?

SmartGard.AI is a modular platform that connects your existing CCTV system with advanced artificial intelligence. Instead of relying on manual monitoring or reviewing footage after incidents, SmartGard.AI makes your cameras proactive tools for safety and operational awareness.

How it works

SmartGard.AI integrates with IP cameras, NVRs, and access control systems. The platform processes CCTV images through computer vision models and large language models (LLMs). It does not replace your cameras – it extends them with intelligent analysis.

- Scenario-based monitoring – Define intelligent scenarios that trigger alerts and actions based on what the system sees.

- Primary data storage is in the United Kingdom; transfers outside the UK occur only when necessary for AI processing and always with safeguards.
- The mobile app does not access the device camera, microphone, or personal files. It only displays results from the SmartGard.AI backend.
