## What is SmartGig Companion?

SmartGig is for event organisers who'd rather not wait until they're back at a laptop. Sign in with your SmartGig account and everything you've set up on the website is already here.

What needs you
Today shows what's coming up and what's waiting on you: applications to review, documents to check and payments that are overdue. The Inbox puts them in one list, along with messages from the people you've booked.

Applications and documents
Read an application, see what they've asked for and approve it. The approval email and invoice go out for you. Check public liability, food hygiene and gas safety certificates, and ask for changes when something's not right.

Payments
Took cash on the gate or spotted a bank transfer? Record it there and then, and the balance updates for everyone on your team. See who still owes what, and confirm payments people tell you they've made.

Ticket sales
See how tickets are selling day by day, and which ticket types are close to selling out.

Site plan
Find a pitch or a business on your site plan, along with power, water and emergency points.

Event day
See who's in, who's still due and anyone held at the gate, with the forecast for your site on the same screen.

Bookings
Every booking for an event with its status, payment and pitch. Their phone number is one tap away.

Notifications
Hear about new applications, documents waiting to be checked and problems on event day. You choose which ones you get.

The bigger set-up jobs, like application forms, prices and drawing the site plan, stay on the website, where there's room to do them properly.
