## What is SmartGoCare?

Smartgocare is the official companion app for the Smartgocare 4G SOS GPS locator watch.  Designed for adult caregivers, it lets you configure, manage, and monitor the watch so that vulnerable family members can get rapid help whenever and wherever they need it.

• Real‑time location & history – View the wearer’s current position, movement trail, and signal status on a familiar map.
• Instant SOS alerts – Receive push notifications with coordinates and battery level the moment the wearer presses the watch’s SOS button.
• Safe‑zone geofences – Create customized geofences and be alerted when the watch enters or leaves key places such as home, school, or the park.
• Two‑way voice calling – Add trusted contacts and place hands‑free calls directly to the watch.
• Low‑battery & power notices – Get early warnings so you can remind the wearer to charge in time.
• Secure cloud backup – Settings and logs sync automatically, so switching phones never means losing data.
• Privacy built in – No advertisements, social sharing, or data sales.

• A Smartgocare 4G SOS GPS locator watch with an active nano‑SIM or eSIM data plan.
• iPhone running iOS 14 or later.
• Internet connectivity (Wi‑Fi or cellular) for the caregiver’s phone.
