## What is SmartGyms UK?

SmartGyms is a coaching platform for independent personal trainers and small fitness businesses. It gives coaches and clients a simple shared app for training, nutrition, bookings and progress.

FOR COACHES

- Manage your client list and coaching work from one place.
- Assign workout plans and templates to clients.
- Share meal plans and nutrition targets.
- View bookings and client progress.
- Keep your coaching business organised without a patchwork of spreadsheets and messages.

FOR CLIENTS

- See the workouts your coach has assigned.
- Follow exercise instructions and log your training.
- View meal plans and nutrition guidance.
- Track weight, body measurements and progress photos.
- Keep upcoming PT sessions and coaching actions in one app.

SmartGyms is built for UK fitness businesses that want professional app-style coaching workflows without building their own software from scratch.

PRIVACY

SmartGyms only collects the data needed to provide coaching features. Health and fitness data is linked to your account so your coach and you can use it for training support. Optional Apple Health sync is user-initiated and can be controlled by the user.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It supports general fitness and nutrition coaching from qualified fitness professionals.
