Hace una semana que me compré un rockway evo y es imposible conectarlo a la aplicación , tampoco la empresa da respuesta , solo que siga los pasos que ya he empleado

La vinculación entre el patinete y la app es lamentable. Recién comprado el patinete, siguiendo todas las instrucciones, tutoriales, consejos, etc. y no hay manera de vincularlos. No recomiendo comprar este producto. Lo voy a devolver hoy mismo.

Cuando lo conecte la primera vez iba bien pero hace cuestión de una semana me detecta el patín pero me dice en la aplicación que conecte el dispositivo y lo más bonito de todo que según la aplicación no está conectado pero puedo apagar y encender las luces led de los lateras solo eso sin embargo en la table funciona perfectamente
