Cannot attach pdf files (upload work)
Cannot spend a long session with tutor. Instead, due to company policy, tutors cannot work with you but only 2 problems. Tutors are very nice and friendly but the company policy is really bad.

Essay: The way I get motivate myself

The essay aims to describe the ways I motivate myself to keep striving and become successful in life. Motivation is a powerful tool that can be used to achieve our dreams and goals. I have always been ambitious about transforming my life and those around me in positive ways. Whenever I want to achieve something, I always set goals for myself, and if I can achieve that target in a given time, I give myself rewards and appreciation. It is a technique that helps me keep struggling and moving towards the target I set up for myself. I want to utilize my full potential and not waste my abilities and talents, and for this, I always push myself physically and mentally. I believe that for remaining motivated, we have to be motivated and driven towards achieving those goals.

Motivation is the drive or energy to achieve something in life, and I believe in self-motivation, which means motivating myself to achieve everything in life. I prefer self-motivationbecause I think a person should be his motivator and keep bucking himself for achieving something in life. There are days when we are full of energy and drive, and then there are days when we struggle even to do a small task. On such low energy-driven days, we should be a source of motivation for ourselves. A person who can motivate himself to achieve the impossible is empowered and can achieve all his goals and objectives (Shin).

Self-motivation is empowering as I can push myself to achieve every dream of my life. These goals can be small everyday tasks such as cleaning my room, running errands, exercising daily, or eating healthy food. On the contrary, they can be significant, such as finishing my degree with good grades and starting my own business. I have been motivating myself forever for every big or small thing in my life. In life, we often get demotivated and discouraged to strive for our goals, but in my opinion, if a person keeps himself dedicated towards the goals and keeps struggling in the right direction, things start to make sense at last.

I keep myself motivated by not worrying about the results. I don't overwhelm myself with pressure and pain, but I keep telling myself that this is part of the process, and it's essential to become a better version of myself. I have dedicated myself long ago to learn as much as possible and never underestimate my worth. My role is to make efforts to improve my life, and even if I don't get what I struggled for, I don't get disheartened and motivate myself to try again.

At this stage of life, my biggest goal is to finish my degree,and I keep motivating myself that I would be able to get an excellent job through which I will be able to help myself and my loved ones. I do get demotivated by thinking about the things that can happen badly on my side, but the thing is, I focus on the positive aspects and am grateful for them.

To conclude, I would say that self-motivation is highly empowering, and people who can practice it can achieve everything. It is essential to have a clear direction and goals, and then a person should work to achieve them.

I can’t review any of my sessions. All of them just load up as blank pages. On top of that, not all of my archived sessions show up! Please fix this!

App is sluggish, some text inputs from tutors gets cut off. Need ability to upload pdf and image files into whiteboard. Also require tutors to use black, purple, or blue. Please ban them from using red and green as it is one of the worst colors for students with vision in parents making you system very unprofessional. Chat text should be in a separate area from the whiteboard to remove distractions from the actual work and given guesthions.

As another user has stayed out was excited to use the app version as well thinking that it would be like the desktop version instead it made everything a lot more difficult it was like cheating thru a mediocre app designed setup can’t send pictures of the work you’re looking at no way to add square roots are any special characters that are needed to help the tutor help you and you can not exit out in the chat through the app I’ve had to completely exit close out the app because the chat end button  doesn’t work please make this work support team somebody

I love using SMARTHINKING. I just hate how I can’t submit work using google drive. I have to do it all using Microsoft word. If you can, make SMARTHINKING be able to work with google drive.
