I’m really happy with Jon Wayne, but I have to be honest—the app needs improvement. Compared to other apps like Nest, this one is very unreliable. The biggest issue is how unpredictable it is—sometimes it works fine, and other times it doesn’t work at all. It’s slow, unresponsive, and takes too long to adjust the temperature or turn lights on. I just hope they can fix these issues.

Thanks Jon Wayne for the great customer service. I’m glad I can control so many things in my house, and have a quick and easy way to get a hold of you if I even need anything.
