You can’t call anyone you can only send an email and receive an automated response which does not address my unique issue. This is not good for a service that I’m paying $600 a year for. So I have no choice but to cancel my subscription, and I didn’t receive a confirmation for that. Hopefully this can be resolved so that I can resume using my SmartHQ again. I have renewed confidence once again in GE smart Hq.
