Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from their local utility or telecommunications company. NISC serves over 500 telecoms and utilities across the nation, install the application to determine if your local organization is supported. Additional Features: Bill & Pay - Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. It’s an old featureless app. Have AI code you something better. ### 1/5 — Rate selection is hidden *2026-08-08, version 26.3.2* The rate selection is hidden. This needs to be an obvious selection on the opening page. This very very poor user interface makes it extremely difficult to use. ### 1/5 — Why require an account for log in? *2026-08-05, version 26.3.2* I’m trying to set up my new banking info so I can pay my bill automatically. I’m traveling. I don’t have access to my SLV REC account number until I can get into the website to access my account. But someone unfortunately made the decision that you can’t get into the website without your account number. VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY FRUSTRATED! I finally have time and info to change my bank info but am getting roadblocked because I have no idea what their account number is for me. PLEASE RETHINK your log in screen. Make it normal. Without an account number. Thats CRAZY!! ### 3/5 — Multiple payment issue *2026-08-01, version 26.3.2* Don’t really have a problem with the app other than if I make a payment to the provider. If I don’t have all my card information exact, it still trying to pull funds out of the account and and says it was declined due to account information error. Then I have to wait atleast a week to see those funds returned. Bank can’t do anything about it until a week has passed. I don’t see why it still try’s to pull the funds out if the account if the card information is wrong… ### 1/5 — Total Garbage *2026-07-26, version 26.3.2* When you go to report that your power is out, the app instantly closes/crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Doesn’t help. So the one thing that the app is actually useful for, I have no idea if they are even getting my report reported outage or not. ### 1/5 — Extremely useless app *2026-07-25, version 26.3.2* It worked only once. After that it does not recognize billing account number, email or name. I’ve tried to rectify the situation through customer service - nothing. So if they tell you to download this app out of convenience - good luck. I gave it one star, which is one star too many. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-25, version 26.3.2* This is not realistic at all. Do not believe in what the app says. I have an iPhone 11 and now the app does not work on my phone. I have two companies that use SmartHub. One I have to access through a link that goes to a browser page.
