## What is SmartIN?

With Smart in App, the Administrative Affairs can easily manage and review employee requests, and employees can follow up their status request, with Smart in App employees can submit a request for leave or permits to their managers, and allow the manager to approve or reject it including notification for every request status.
Smart in App also provides employees the possibility to track their daily working time status and know the details of their administrative data like late and early out times, days of absence and discounts, public holidays and leave balance.

I want to give this app a full 5 star but I can't. Even though at first glance it does work but then problem starts popping out. 

The app is slow to recognize the 2nd time stamp of the day.

The other big problem is I have no way of resetting my password even when applying the Forget password with the email I have used for it. This is unacceptable. 

Also customer support do not reply when there is a problem.
