Gentlemen,
  You've done amazing work!  This app gives history, background, teaching, detailed guidance, and helps the clinician sift through the results of entering all the data.  You have an app which provides discussion of the results.  This is phenomenal.  Marvelous tool for education and clinical care!  Bravo.
