Can see the battery in the app but it keeps asking me to open Bluetooth. Bluetooth IS open but I can get no further. I used to be able to, so what has changed?

Downloaded this App when installing their ‘Underseat’ Lithium 280ah batt.
The App has worked well and proved to be a great asset in monitoring the installation. Great response and info from makers.
