I have wasted my money on buying this box.. To use the same, we need to download the sheets in the app.. now that has been taking forever to download.. its rather a combination of wastage of money and time

Me and my sister coloured the clownfish and the turtle and when we both started to scan it on our iPad, there was no red light and nothing happened. We are very disappointed and were really excited to see our colourings coming to life. Not happy.

We just downloaded the app. We had bought two in one puzzle which had the rhino and lion. Lion is available but rhino is not available.

There are few puzzles which are missings e.g Liberty Statue
Its is difficult for us to make the child understand.
He solved the puzzle of LibertyStatue but the same puzzle is not available on app.
I called on customer care.
But no call has been received yet.
