앱을 만들어도 이딴 식으로 만드는지 이해가 안 됨. 매뉴얼대로 도어폰 앞에서 등록 시도해도 실패하는 무능력한 앱. 원가 절감 또는 비리가 심히 의심됨

잘 사용하다가 갑자기 차량정보가 사라져
앱 삭제 후 재설치 하려고 다운로드 받았는데요
등록화면에서 등록 버튼 누르면 터치를 안먹고 진동만 있습니다.
사용자매뉴얼 화면으로는 넘어갑니다.
삼일째 이런상태 입니다.
몇번을 삭제하고 재설치, 핸드폰 재부팅 해도 동일합니다.
아이폰이고요.
확인 부탁드립니다.

되다 안되다 하면서 배터리만 엄청 잡아먹고 고객센터는 담당자 연결해준다더니 연결도 안되고 전화도 문자도 다 씹는 놈이 뭔 담당자인지 도통 신뢰할 수 없는 참슬테크

겨우겨우 등록해서 쓰고 있기는 하는데, 문제는 
세대현관 안면인식 및 블루투스로 문 열리는 것이 안됩니다.
화면이 대부분의 시간동안 꺼져 있고, 가끔 켜져있을시 초록색 네모가 뜨면서 얼굴을 인식하는 듯이 보이나 바로 종모양이 깜빡거리고 화면이 까맣게 변하면서 ERROR라고 나와요. 
블루투스로 문열려고 해도 마찬가지입니다.
이거 때문에 너무 스트레스 받고 있어요. 
세대현관은 이 어플로 아예 문이 안열려요. 
혹은 도어폰이 문제인걸까요.

주차조회가 잘되다가 몇주째 안되어 다시 지웠다 깔았는데요. 이번에는 차량등록자체가 안되고있어요. 이건 어떻게하나요. 계속 차량등록하라고 나오는데 등록방법을 모르겠네요.

어플 첫 화면에 서비스 실행중이라고 뜨나 공동현관에서도 열리지 않고 현관에 안면인식 등록을 했는데 도어카메라 블루투스 버튼을 눌러도 도어카메라 화면이 꺼지기만 합니다 월패드에도 어플에도 등록번호는 뜨고 등록도되어있습니다 삭제하고 어플도 지우고 다시 등록을 해서 새로운 등록번호로 재등록해도 안됩니다
