We were unable to set it up and requests for support within the app went unanswered. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2023-11-04, version 1.0.5* I bought an outdoor ip66 rated plug socket for my home, however the app will only connect your WiFi socket if it’s connected to a 2.4ghz only network. Mine as are many others is a dual band network, and you can’t separate it. I have other 2.4ghz smart devices in my home and they will all connect to my dual band network with no issues using their own app, this one will not.
