Received my Smart Labels only to scan my first label and was told they were counterfeit. Beware of where you get these labels before wasting $50. Ordered from Amazon will change my rating if the new labels are not counterfeit too. ### 1/5 — Says I have coubterfit labels *2026-04-08, version 13.3.1* I know I’m not the sharpest tack in the box when it comes to computers, but the packaging and labels appears to be the same. Purchased 5 envelopes of four sheets of 12 labels and can’t use them. Maybe counterfeit but buyer beware. Going old school since I’ve already lost $60+ and using masking tape. I only want to have it on my phone, it doesn’t need to be password protected as it is local on the phone, that has a pin anyway. Remove the need for a username etc and it would be good.
