## What is SmartLots Pro?

SmartLots Pro is the all-in-one vehicle management app built for car dealerships. Staff use it to document every vehicle that comes through the door, track where it's parked, and move it between locations, eliminating the guesswork of managing a busy lot.

KEY FEATURES

• Vehicle Ticketing — Create a digital ticket for each vehicle with VIN, make, model, year, license plate, and up to 4 photos (front, back, left, right).

• Location Tracking — See exactly where every car is parked across all your dealership locations. Each location shows real-time availability (e.g., 49/50 spots).

• Vehicle Movements — Move a car from one location to another with a single tap. Full movement history is recorded so you always know who moved what and when.

• Search — Instantly find any vehicle by VIN, license plate, or make/model.

• Photo Documentation — Capture vehicle condition on intake with the built-in camera. Photos are securely stored and tied to each ticket.

• Multi-Location Support — Manage multiple parking areas within your dealership (Main Lot, Service Bay, Overflow, etc.) each with their own capacity tracking.
