I think this app has been very poorly designed for use by users of voice over. I have used much payroll apps from other providers who have done a far better job with accessibility. I think the developers of your app are an absolute disgrace. There are many online resources so there is really no excuse for such shoddy accessibility. This app asks you to log in, setup pin, and biometrics. Fine if it happened once— but every time? Subsequent visits ask for biometrics to show you the login page and I repeat the enrolment again. Smartly has made collecting timesheets from staff and paying wages a breeze.
