The privacy policy includes multiple categories of data collection which are required to disclose with users on the App Store. Location, local networks, and 3rd party data sharing. Additionally, in order to have your data deleted from their database you must send them a photocopy of your ID. To claim no data collected and be this far off is obscene. ### 1/5 — Beware *2025-10-27* This is not a papifeed product ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-08-25* This seemed to work fine, then it required an update - which then erased all the information that was in there already on the times and amounts to automatically feed. So now it cannot find the feeder, who knows if i am in my own account for it because why could I see the feeder before and now with the “safety” i had to agree to, now none of my information is there. Awful update. ### 1/5 — Sucks *2026-07-28* App does not work ### 1/5 — Issues with app *2026-07-26* I’m not able to report a problem with the app because it tells me to fill the contact info even though I did. I was trying to report the app will do a continuous feed on random days even if you have certain settings in place. There’s no way to stop the feeder from feeding out food either so have to let it keep going u til it wants to stop. The interface is simple if not rudimentary. It has worked as advertised without issue for dispensing my pets food at the time I set. The reason for the 3 stars is that the initial set up to create your account is clunky and it doesn’t allow special characters in your passwords. It also doesn’t adapt for daylight savings time nor provide any way to adjust for it. Hoping that’s corrected in the next app update. ### 2/5 — Cat feeder *2026-04-10* Went to install app and seeing the few horrid responses I want to send it back!
