My app currently shows my schedule as of a week ago, and in that week nothing has been fixed to make the app connect properly. Gives me hundreds of notifications for no reason. It will say I work Tuesday at 9am when I check it Monday night, come Tuesday morning I show up at work just to look stupid and irresponsible. I pull up the app to show them it says I work right now, just to look even more foolish because it now says I’m off when just 12 hours earlier it said I worked at 9.. so I’ve had to take screenshots to protect myself in case it says I’m off when I’m not and I don’t show up for a shift. ### 1/5 — Password *2022-05-24, version 1.3.40* This app is crap if you can’t remember your password and try to request to change it they don’t send you a pass code but if you forget your username they email you quickly it’s been six days and I still don’t know my schedule I have called them and emailed them for help only to be told they can’t help me ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Unusable *2026-03-20, version 1.4.3* I do believe the new iOS update has made this app unusable to log into before that it was working perfectly fine ### 5/5 — Not user friendly *2019-08-30, version 1.3.12* The app works for about a week or two and then auto kicks you out. Push notifications are very nice to let people know. The only drawback is the apps’ reliability Which is horrible. The app hasn’t worked for weeks on end at times, and can be inaccurate for the times I actually set shifts on in smartlynx BOH. More precision is needed and then would be a very good alternative to standard shift printouts and taking pictures of the current schedule. ### 3/5 — Crashes *2018-10-27, version 1.3.06* Very helpful app that not only lets me see my own schedule for the week with ease but I can also see my coworkers schedules which is really cool. Recently, my app has been crashing over and over every time I attempt to open it.
