## What is SmartMatrix?

نحن منصة إلكترونية تقدم خدمات للخريجين وتهيئته للتقدم للوظيفة من خلال التدريبات المستمرة في نظام إلكتروني تكاملي يربط الخريجين مع بعضهم ومع الكوادر التعليمية في الميدان من مشرفين تربويين وأكاديميين وتقديم التغذية الراجعة الفورية ويمكن للخريج أن يحدد مستواه وما يلزم من مهارات في البيئة التدريبية آليًا من خلال النظام المعد للاختبارات والبيئة التدريبية انتقالاً إلى محاكاة الاختبار الفعلي للوظيفة بصورة مستويات مختلفة انتهاء بتقديم شهادة تفيد بأن الخريج يمتلك المهارات الأساسية.

رسالتنا: تهيئة بيئة تدريبية مرنة وسهلة الاستخدام تعمل على تحسين تعلم الخرجين وتواصلهم مع القائمين على
 العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى نشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني في المجتمع المحلي، وذلك باستخدام أدوات التعليم الإلكتروني وحوسبة المحتوى التعليمي، والأدوات التكنولوجية الحديثة، وتدريب جميع الفئات المستفيدة من هذه البيئة على استخدامها فيما يحقق أهداف التعلم التفاعلي القائم على تفريد التعليم، ويدعم عمليتي التعليم والتعلم النوعية.
