It’s completely useless. Logging in can take over a minute (with correct credentials). Horribly slow and buggy. Only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does EVENTUALLY work if you have all the free time in the world to wait for it, and to attempt to login multiple times (again, credentials are correct, just times out constantly). ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2023-11-28, version 3.0.0* The only thing worse than this app is the customer service! Stranded at a gas station with no way of paying for my gas. Spent 30,‘United on the telephone with a useless rep and I’m still stranded here. For some reason one time while walking INTO the store I was able to get the pump to authorize transaction. Sometimes it states pump not found, try another pump forcing one to drive to another pump and most cases you have to wait again....Not sure why they continue to advertise for an app which doesn’t work. Seems like a huge waste of money. Really convenient and you don’t have to worry if you don’t have cash in hands or bother getting your card to pay for gas. As a small business owner I really like the idea of not giving the company’s card to anyone. Would be nice if the business app also had some of the features of the individual’s app ### 3/5 — Ok when it works.. *2021-03-17, version 1.2.6* 7 out of 10 times authorizing pump ends up with “card not authorized” Try to authorize again, same. 3rd time it might authorize the pump, usually it won’t. Try a different pump, sometimes that one will work, most of the time not. Spending 10 minutes trying to get fuel is unacceptable, especially when you fill the tank once or twice a day.
