Used the service to take the photo as well as paid additionally to have the photos shipped to me. There is zero tracking numbers on photo shipments, the photos are printed OUTSIDE of the country. I had assumed there was a local company printing and shipping the photos. Still waiting for the second set of photos since the first never arrived. I don’t recommend the app, and I won’t be recommending the app to anyone I know. I would have been better off going to a local place and getting photos taken and printed the same day. THEN find out it is not ok, asks to retake- repeatedly. I must have taken 20 pics. None were approved. Ended up at Staples. Also- extra fee charged for FRANCE payment. ### 1/5 — WILL NOT WORK TO RENEW YOUR PASSPORT IN US *2024-12-18, version 2.11* I used this app because I live in the United States and I needed to renew my passport. I took a photo using the app and they provided me with a passport photo in less than an hour. The photo looks nice but it is worthless, you cannot use it to renew your passport online. When you try to upload the photo, you get an error message saying that the photo isn’t big enough. Afterwards I looked at the photo guidelines on the website, and it says that you can’t use any apps, filters, computer software or artificial intelligence for the photo you submit. So if you want to use this app to renew your US passport, you will only be wasting your money. ### 1/5 — No thought whatsoever *2024-12-09, version 2.11* Are these guys serious. It has no self timer so you can see your arm stretched out in every photo if you’re doing it by yourself or your body’s off to a weird angle. And it’s only a camera and won’t let you grab a photo from your phone that you were able to take with a self timer so you don’t look like a goof. I paid this app for US passport photo, and it was rejected at passport application center. They explained why it was rejected (photo clearly did not fit into the template). I had to step out, find Staples 10 min away to get a new photo. fortunately they let me keep my appointment. Now when I created support feedback ticket to the app, they are asking me for documented proof of rejection by passport application center!! ### 1/5 — Awful! *2026-02-14, version 2.18* Can’t get it to work at all. The photo they gave was useless. *2026-02-04, version 2.18* This store should not exist in App Store ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-02-02, version 2.18* Will not let you upload a photo - makes you take a photo that is lower quality that will not be as focused and blurry because “it passed” they’re system but will not approve electronically directly from the government passport site for renewal. Then they claim you can pay more money to get them printed and shipped to you which also isn’t guaranteed to pass obviously. Then they refuse to give you a refund. Waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Buyers be aware!!! *2026-01-31, version 2.18* I purchased a picture for my passport and it was declined. When I reached out to their customer service, they just washed their hands and said that they delivered the photo I ordered and too bad it was rejected but we can give you a coupon!!! Ridiculous, like I would ever use or recommend them. I will NEVER recommend this service/app… Even if you spend more somewhere else, don’t waste your time and money with this app. ### 1/5 — Demora de 24 horas *2025-12-19, version 2.18* Una mala aplicación te dice que es rápido y demora un día alrededor sale como que está cargando tu pedido y no llega ### 1/5 — Does not work for UK passports *2025-08-27, version 2.14* Does not work for Uk passports (as it edits photos and this is not allowed for UK passport photos) messaged regarding refund and have never received a response. All my orders have now disappeared. This appears as a scam. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-08-19, version 2.14* Photo code provided won’t upload to Northern Ireland driving licence website. Photo also isn’t acceptable format. J’ai donc téléchargé de suite l’appli. Je l’ai fait pour ma fille de 2 ans qui bouge partout et après plusieurs tentatives les photos ont été validées. Ils laissent le temps de les refaire, ils disent ceux qui ne convient pas, et le retour est ultra rapide. rapport qualité prix parfait . J’attends mon envoi mais je les ai téléchargé par mail si besoin . Je recommande +++ gain de temps et d’argent . J’ai vu leur passage dans « Qui veut être mon associé », j’ai immédiatement téléchargé leur application, je devais refaire mon permis de conduire et ma pièce d’identité. Je suis passé par là et franchement c’est génial, on a la photo par e-mail avec un e-code et ils nous les envoient aussi par courrier. Et en plus on peut prendre autant de photos qu’on veut pour choisir la meilleure comparé au photomaton où on a que trois possibilité. Très rapide à arriver. Et tout ça pour moins de 9e. Ça évite de courir après les photomatons qui sont de plus en plus rares. Je garde cette appli, si j’ai besoin, c’est ça que j’utiliserais. Je conseille de bien vous préparer, choisir un endroit super lumineux et un fond blanc parfait, et surtout comme pour toute photo officielle, dégager bien les oreilles et enlever tout accessoire. Le prix est plus élevé que dans un photo-maton mais si vous faites une bonne photo elle sera acceptée.
