Please test this app with real customer not with IT professionals who can connect this different tips and tricks. ### 1/5 — Not connecting from iPhone 14 Pro Max *2023-04-29* Smartplay pro synch app keeps saying Bluetooth and wifi not connected while on iphone settings it’s showing connected on both suzuki wifi and Bluetooth. This bug needs to be fixed. Smartplay studio and suzuki connect apps are working fine. After new update which I did through usb , apple carplay is working wirelessly. But pro synch app is not connecting neither wired or wireless mode. ### 1/5 — Very Bad Maruti Suzuki *2023-04-10* I wish there was a negative star. The sync does not work at all. Even after connecting to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth it still shows error. How could such a big brand can launch such a worthless product. It doesn’t connect with iPhone 13. Keeps the error switch on Bluetooth & Wi-Fi both. Even after both are already on. However, can’t understand why both are required. Maruti should immediately withdraw these apps & should not launch any till these are completely bug free & reliable. ### 1/5 — Fix the core issues *2023-03-23* Why use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi both? Phone is considering that WiFi as the internet connection and then the internet in the phone does not work(at least in iPhone). It does not pick 4G and try to access internet with this connection, which does not exist in reality. Whats the point of giving a 1 star rated app. Is this a check box that app is present even though it does not work? It’s of no use to user. Do you really test the app with the device(physical) with real customer like set up or just simulators/laptop? Please build the app from customer journey standpoint. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect Baleno *2023-01-11* Even after connecting Bluetooth and wifi or USB and wifi still unable to connect or detect my car. Also unable to update the new version of my infotainment system. This issue is not resolved since 6 months!! No matter how many times you disconnect (Maruti WiFi & Bluetooth) and connect again, it is just waste of time. Its really a pain in the neck to update the software . I downloaded and installed it. However, the post-installation process on the vehicle's system was very time-consuming, and the screen frequently got stuck, preventing any other actions. Informing users about the duration and potential interruptions before installation would be helpful. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect *2024-06-11* Wifi shows connected but the app somehow didn’t connect with the headunit. This is so annoying since day 1, now its been more than a year and same problem still stands tall. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-06-11* Doesn’t do the one thing it is supposed to do - to sync the updates from Suzuki to the smartplay system in the car. You still have to use the usb drive to perform an update (thankfully that works else one has to take it to service centre each time there needs to be an update) My recommendation to Maruti- pls take down this app or invest in making it better. The app doesn’t show connected but when I check my wifi settings it’s connected.
