There is no support at all. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect to network *2022-05-02, version 1.0.6* I was able to add one string of lights, tried adding a second string and it said it couldn’t connect to the network. Tried over and over and over again with no success. So buggy, frustrating!!! ### 1/5 — Junk products, junk app *2022-01-09, version 1.0.3* Attempted to pair the smart plug. App waits until 100 percent to tell me the pairing process “timed out”. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2021-12-19, version 1.0.3* There is no internal storage for this camera. Meaning if you don’t buy a subscription or an SD card, it’s literally just a wifi camera to see live video. It’s not saving any of your data so you won’t be able to playback anything. I bought the subscription and even then, I still can’t watch any videos that I record on the app. It says it’s saved to app storage but the app storage is nowhere to be found on the actual app so basically it didn’t save anywhere . So I just suggest if you want to keep any data, you’re better off screen recording it on your actual phone. ### 1/5 — Poorly planned *2020-10-23, version 1.0.1* I’m curious if all the field tests were done from the desktop. The power supply provided is like 4” long. Maybe the developer and CEO asked their wife or girlfriend for advice on that one... there’s a lot of people in the world who are much more qualified to be doing their job. I’m sure every underpaid employee mentioned it. Maybe check prisons or homeless shelters next time for a project manager. Im sure they probably compared themselves to Steve Jobs, yeah you are not him. If you’re going to do something, do it right. ### 2/5 — It’s ok *2020-07-10, version 1.0.1* It’s all right I have it connected to my TV and it works well with Google assistant voice commands. Well worth the buck for what you get. ### 2/5 — App not great but can be improved *2020-05-24, version 1.0.1* Attempted to sync the remote to my blackweb HDMI switch as a DIY device and whenever I get to the button add screen after syncing the button on my remote in treated to a blank white screen that forces me to exit the app. Scenes also do not seem to work at the moment. I do like the ability the smart remote has to capture IR signals from other remotes to help program it button by button. The hardware side seems good, the software just needs to catch up. ### 3/5 — Good, not yet great *2021-01-19, version 1.0.1* I just bought this and it’s doing very well so far. My issue is it doesn’t seem to allow for adding devices that aren’t on their list. So something like my Roku stick can not be added even manually key by key. The lack of this feature makes this remote only good for devices which they’ve programmed. Good luck when you buy that brand new tv they haven’t yet added. ### 4/5 — Make my home even smarter *2021-04-16, version 1.0.2* I love this little thing although the package only states that it will work with google I decided to give it a try and work good with Alexa the problem I have is when I tell it to adjust the volume it either goes up or down by ten for example when I tell it to turn Bose up it raises the volume from 0-10, or 10-20. Which can be way to loud it needs fine tuning. Also I just bought a new Honeywell fan and the only voice command I can make is power on or off. I just hate that I only get a picture of the activity and not a full video, 5 seconds would be fine. The camera occasionally disconnects and goes offline so you have to fix that on your own. Other than that it’s a great app and it has great cameras. The video resolution is on point and updated, your get a UV light almost immediately after the lights go off. Would definitely recommend.
