## What is SmartPOS Expert?

SmartPOS is a mobile POS and operations app for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, food trucks and service-oriented teams.

It brings daily workflows into one interface: point of sale, table service, orders, kitchen views, reservations, items, staff, shifts, reports and QR-based service features.

SmartPOS helps teams capture orders, keep service and kitchen workflows visible and manage operational data in a structured way.

Key features:

- POS checkout with items, cart and payment methods
- Table overview with status, zones and active orders
- Kitchen and production view for open work
- Reservations and guest workflows
- QR and web orders for modern service processes
- Item, menu and category management
- Shift, cashbook and reporting tools
- Roles, permissions and business settings
- iPhone and iPad support
- Prepared offline and synchronization structures

SmartPOS is built for businesses that need more than a simple checkout screen and want to organize everyday service workflows digitally.

Note: Payment, cashbook, export and fiscal workflows must be reviewed and configured for each business, country and setup. SmartPOS does not replace tax or legal advice.
