We are having multiple issues since the merger. Price book is screwed up, functionality of platform is not the same, resolution to issues takes weeks to resolve if any. The merger with Callahan Roach has really fumbled out of the gate.

### 1/5 — The price book nav is still jacked up

When you get deep into the price book nested menu, you better know what you’re looking for because if you want to go up one menu level, you can’t. One level takes you up two. Two levels takes you to the customer create page. 

A problem this critical should’ve been discovered and fixed during beta testing. A non-functioning program should never be distributed.

The customer service team try to help but sometimes the app and database on the backend is really clunky. I really don’t think updates and features are high on their priority
