## What is SmartQuery?

SmartQuery: integration tool for mobile and IT

SmartQuery is an app with web view to Portalify Query service with database queries and other kinds of integrations.

The intended audience are field forces, back offices and control room data users and information technology workers.

Portalify Solutions enable integrations from mobile networks to IT systems and control rooms.

"Query" is the integration engine that enables connecting different terminals, networks and systems, with customer-specific business logic defining how the integration should work.

Users get the benefit of a product-based maintained platform with the ability to configure the customer specific functionality.

Query provides Data Connection between radio, mobile and IT worlds

Allows Data to flow between field force and back office / control teams
Uses configuration scripts to route data and automate actions according to your business logic or workflows
Flexible and Future Proof

Bearer agnostic: Connects to TETRA, 4G, LTE and DMR communications networks simultaneously
