Thanks, Marc ### 4/5 — Good but *2026-05-01* I am sure this app is excellent and enhances slot racing, however it assumes a lot, in that a new user dosen’t need a complete manual to get started ideally as a pdf to read before and alongside use. ### 4/5 — Fully featured. *2026-01-27* This looks fully featured, and very configurable. I would say it is for the more advanced/serious user. User created tags can be filtered to see “Quickest Rally Car” or list all “F1 cars”. LapTime data can be viewed directly in the app or downloaded in a standard CSV format for use in external applications. This feature makes it a great app for people who like to test Tyres, Motors, Guides or any number of mods and then see the results of each change. On top of all this is a very well thought out Race Management System (RMS) along with support for Pace Cars if you are racing solo. It is incredibly reliable, has a whole host of functions that add to the fun of racing and is really easy to use. For any data geeks out there it stores so much information that you can analyse through the app as well as the opportunity to export it. The support is excellent as well and they are always open ton considering good new ideas to improve the user experience. We have found this product 100% reliable Connects every time. Once you have taken the time to explore and set everything up it’s really easy to use. It looks great also and has some stand out features like lap based fuel usage, weather,tyres,championship and the icing on the cake smart race connect which gives you independent dashboards and-pit radio via head phones also race control. Highly recommended and really worth paying for all the add-on’s. ### 5/5 — Very impressive *2026-01-01* After having struggled with Scalextric own app and played around with the Magic app I had a look at Smartrace. I must say it was not long and this was my go to app. It has been so stable and reliable I only use this one now. I have started with the standard version but will be subscribing to the full package shortly. Don’t get me wrong this is not because there is not enough on the standard version, TBH for most people it would be enough but you have the option if you want to go deeper into the hobby to expand. The standard really has plenty on there with reliable ghost cars, adaptable speed limiters for young ones or inexperienced drivers and the garage data base which is so good with the tags and filter. The sounds for cars are great as well and whilst there are plenty it would be nice to see a few more added. I’ve had it for a few months now and still I’m finding little things that it can do that I had not noticed before. Give it a try. ### 5/5 — Best out there! *2025-11-21* tried all the apps. This is the one that I’m gonna stick with. ### 5/5 — The Best Race Management For ARC Pro *2025-10-12* I upgraded V2.2 of the Smartrace app to the subscription version and I have to say the tournament mode is worth the price of admission. It saves so much time for setting up and managing a series of races. The guys I was racing with were blown away by the stats at the end. Every lap counted perfectly. Car calibration is so easy.
