Name of the App: SmartRPM SmartRPM is an app for Remote Patient Monitoring. When a patient measures for example blood pressure, weight, or blood glucose using devices provided, these measured data are transmitted into the app via Bluetooth. These transmitted data into the app are then encrypted and transmitted to the server. The app allows patients to view their personal physiological data from each device. In this way, patients can easily access information about their own health conditions. With this purpose in mind, we plan to support additional medical devices in the near future. The patient periodically transmitting his or her health information to the server provides the basic data for the doctor to give professional service and care for each patient. All measurement data are for sole use of licensed medical professionals to review, monitor and care for the patients. Patients should not arbitrarily interpret the physiologic data but follow the medical providers' instructions.
