It seems like it was a rushed job, with no input from the end-user, making it a really lack luster experience. The whole app would benefit from a complete revamp. In fact, it’s so bad, I’m considering cancelling my salary packaging and losing the benefits just because it’s not worth it! IF you can log on (without getting stuck in an authenticating loop), the interface is something from early iPhone 3 days! It’s outdated, clunky, and ridiculously meticulous to navigate. This of course is assuming you can actually log in. Even scheduled “maintenance” went for days longer than it was planned, with one text message giving a snapshot in time of balance. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve been able to successfully check my balance since starting my packaging with this company, and like I said, I’m very ready to just give it up; at least then I’d know what my balance is! I have also recommended my employer start looking into other providers. Weird thing is, it appears there is a newer version of this app, by Smart Salary - but not available for my account, apparently. Reading back on reviews, it seems these issues are YEARS old. Not recent “oops this update wasn’t great”. Fix the app. We’re halfway through 2026 - this shouldn’t be hard. Listen to the customers. Read the reviews.
