Very easy to use and the features to capture detailed information from visitors to the stand are very well thought out. Exporting the data was one simple step and integrated straight into our CRM. Not intuitive. For some reason it lacks auto correct so be prepared to waste tons of time meticulously typing out your notes after each meeting. There is no way to click on it to find the full address - so you’re left helpless and cannot contact the lead unless they have also provided a phone number.
