### 2/5 — So hard to change alarm!!!

This alarm is so great, but I can’t reset the time! It won’t connect to my device! The first night I used it I thought wow, this is a nice alarm, but now I can’t change the alarm time because it won’t sync! If you wake up at different times everyday DO NOT GET THIS TIMER!  Seriously, app makers can you do anything about this??

Beware, not sure if they even support this product anymore. I REALLY wish they did, but it seems that they aren’t going to update this app unfortunately, because I was going to buy one until I noticed the long timeframe since their last app update.

Come on guys, please don’t abandon this app!

I have had a very difficult time getting the device and app to sync. It is frustrating because I sometimes have to wait 24-48 hours for it to sync and that makes the device useless for a period of time. That needs to be improved.

The device will never pair with the app. It worked fine the first few times I used the alarm, now after 3 weeks of trying every night to pair it with the app I have officially given up. Complete waste of money. Pretty sure I paid $30 for this crap too

I just open this product and downloaded the app. Unable to view info on Quick user guide and User guide. Attempted to just work it through, but syncing was slow, unable to change vibration level, tedious and cumbersome. Packing it back up now to return. Unfortunate...it was the perfect size.

when the alarm actually works, it’s fabulous. doesn’t wake up my roommates and still wakes me up effectively. but to change the alarm time is such a hassle as the app will never let me sink to the actual device. i’ve tried every possible way - opening the app and then turning the device on, having the device already on when i open the app, doing them at the same time, etc. and nothing works consistently. i’ve had to frequently delete the app and redownload it in order to get them to sync. very frustrated and disappointed in this bad connection.

The device worked fine for a short period following purchase then it inexplicably stop working. At first I thought it need recharging but problems persists. Deleted and reinstalled the app and they consistently failed to sync. This device has caused me far more frustration than benefits.

The device is great! $10 for a smartshaker and $30 for a smartshaker 2 on amazon. I have never slept thru an alarm on this and it's extremely simple and easy to use. Alarm wakes me up and only me. Not my roommates. Defiantly recommend for someone who has to be the first one up all the time. The app does exactly what it says. Pairs with and allows you to set up these devices quickly and easily.

It really does the job, no way you will not wake up, fairly strong vibrations to wake up even very sound sleepers.

Only wish application could connect to more than one Smartshaker+.  It need not connect with more than one at a time, but rather be able to "see" additional devices one at a time.

Device is inexpensive enough to keep one at home and one at vacation home and one packed in suitcase ready for travel.  Adding capability seems a simple software change.

I just got it yesterday. The device connected easily for me. It shakes pretty strongly and will wake me up. The app is Good, but would like to request some updates. I would love if I could label each alarm, because I have preset times to get up for different activities. Also would like the alarms to appear in chronological order, or the ability to manually put them in chronological order. Thank you!!!

Application qui n’est plus mise à jour depuis plus de 5 ans et le réveil est âgé de 6 ans.. Pour l’instant elle fonctionne et permet de régler mon réveil vibrant. Mais jusqu’à quand ? C’est dommage on a plus la météo, c’était pratique.
