Used to have a dark mode icon, now it’s gone. I cannot afford to buy 3 seats and Smartsheet doesn’t offer a single user option that has the features i need. I’ve used Smartsheet for several years now, but effective this month it’s time to say goodbye! Also, the plan is designed to try to attract new users (which I understand), but they make sharing options with non-members difficult and ineffective. I used this at my old job with an old work email. No longer have access to this email. I can’t cancel my subscription and I can’t access anything to stop the money from coming out of my account. We used to be reimbursed for the subscription but obviously since I’m not there we don’t get reimbursed. Smartsheet support is nonexistent. Circular links, bots that ghost you, phone recordings that direct you to the circular links. Zero response.
