- Alert operators of Alarm & Report updates with push notifications

- View real-time process values and condition states using XLReporter and generate interactive on-demand reports from 80+ sources.
- SmartBundle users can view contact activity and ack performance across each member of their team.
- SmartBundle users can also access more context about the ongoing process to better understand how to respond to an alarm or verify performance after resolution.
- Temporarily suppress notifications using Do Not Disturb mode
- Communicate with Team members within the context of specific Alarms and leave persistent resolution notes using built-in Chat
- Acknowledge Alarms (with optional comment / resolution notes)
- Get detailed status of your WIN-911 systems including warning and error conditions.
