### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2019-12-12, version 1.0.0*

The app keeps crashing every time I try to click something. If I turn it on or off, if I go to turn up or down the temp it’ll keep switching numbers really quickly before finally stopping. The app right now I can’t even use it keeps saying it can’t connect to the heater. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again and still same issue.

### 1/5 — Needs updated and support

*2019-10-26, version 1.0.0*

Just purchased a heater from Sams club. The instructions say to use this app. It’s a great idea and I like the style. But, the app crashes. Every time. Please update or something.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2019-01-10, version 1.0.0*

Horrible App! Do not waste your time with this app I’ve downloaded it multiple times and it will not connect to my heater all it says is no devices detected don’t wast your time with it

### 1/5 — Disappointment

*2018-12-15, version 1.0.0*

Bought the model heater specifically for the Bluetooth feature, as it’s in the basement with my daughters playroom so I could turn it on before she goes down. Every. Single. Time I try to connect- “no devices found” 😡

### 1/5 — Buggy annoying app

*2018-11-07, version 1.0.0*

If you don’t overlap the schedules for a continuous 24 hours the unit will not start at the next cycle. You will be required to manually start it. Thus the scheduler is useless.

### 1/5 — Pointless app

*2018-01-14, version 1.0.0*

Got the heater bc you could control it with your phone! Get it home and my phone is “unable to find any devices”. Does this work with the iPhone 8,8Plus,X and latest software??? There’s never even been an update to this app

### 1/5 — Suckage

*2018-01-07, version 1.0.0*

Got the heater...got the app. It connected just fine, and I set it and walked away. It disconnected and now I cannot get the app to reconnect. It's worthless if it won't reconnect.

### 1/5 — Will not connect

*2017-02-05, version 1.0.0*

Just bought a new heater and was excited to be able to control it from my phone. Unfortunately there are connectivity issues which are not solvable. Please fix this app!!!

### 2/5 — App Crashes

*2017-12-31, version 1.0.0*

This app crashes when I try to use it to turn my heater on when it’s already off which is pretty annoying. It works fine if the heater is already on.

### 3/5 — Needs some updates

*2019-02-18, version 1.0.0*

I’ve had this app for a while and have had a few issues. While changing the temperature setting, I have to touch the button 10 times for it to go down 4 degrees because it keeps popping back to the previous number. I have also had it crash multiple times so I just used the buttons on the heater instead. I’m sure this app can be better and can’t wait for an update.

### 5/5 — Works Great

*2019-03-30, version 1.0.0*

I haven’t had any issues.

### 5/5 — Works perfectly!

*2018-11-25, version 1.0.0*

This is so convenient. I can set my heater to come on and set the temperature before I even get to the room where the heater is. Hasn’t crashed once.

### 4/5 — Works pretty good.

*2018-12-23, version 1.0.0*

Was a little nervous purchasing it for the phone app after seeing most of the reviews had problems connecting to it. Pleased to say it works great for me. App is easy to use and the scheduling is great. You can put the temp at what you want, what mode you want it in and set the times you want it to turn off and on during the day and week.

Only problem is that sensor for thermostat is probably located to close to heat source. When you turn it on the actually room temp is correct, but after 2 mins or so it will have climbed up 3-5 degrees which is an incorrect room temp. You can also see the same thing happen when it reaches temp and turns off automatically. It will continue to climb when it’s off another 3-5 degrees. I just compensated and adjust the temp about 5 degrees warmer than I actually want it and works about right. Other than that puts out decent and comfortable heat.
