## What is SmartSteps?

SmartSteps has been in providing Education & Employability solutions for over a decade since April, 2008. All the founders have a business management degree from premier Indian Business Schools - IIM-A, IRMA, FMS & ISB
 
SmartSteps, has pioneered Training & Placements of commerce & finance graduates in various ITes Companies & BFSI firms. Also offered Campus training services for about hundred colleges across two states.
 
Training Approach

•  Comprehensive training programs designed to address the Process Knowledge – Skill - Attitude gaps

•  Large networks with industry captains and backed by alumni associations of the best business schools in the country – IIM (A), IRMA, FMS and Industry associations like FICCI and CII.
•  Executed campus consulting assignments for NAARM - Hyderabad, MANAGE - Hyderabad, NIRD, Food & Agri Business School (FABS) - Hyderabad, and many Business Schools
•  Conducted Monitoring & Evaluation studies for Small Farmers Agri Consortium (SFAC), Central Ministry of Agriculture
•  Executed multiple consulting projects for Syngenta Foundation (India)
