Contacted support, deleted and re-downloaded the app, same issue. ### 1/5 — Wish it worked *2020-12-02, version 1.4.1* Plugged it in, worked once. After than it won’t connect to the app. Tried requesting support more than once, always a courteous response but no resolution.
