They are outrageous with their prices; they rent to you at a reasonable rate, but after three months, they more than double it—avoid renting here.

This is a great business but the app is frustrating. Touch ID doesn’t work and it kicks me out making me key in my very long email and password just to open the gate.  Also, why do I need to log in every time I open the App?

As an FYI, you may want to look at your Account Settings to make sure the Biometrics setting is turned on. This assists with auto logging in when you open the app. Thanks for choosing SmartStop.

App is actually good, company over all is something you would scoop out of the a dog park. Not only did they try to bully me into auto pay telling me it was policy (even though I opted out when I signed my contract, and customer service said they couldn’t do this) the “manager” if you even went to call her that, was rude AF and extremely unprofessional talking about how the fired another employee (like that has anything to do with me). On top of that on their contract they stated 30 day notice before rent increase and they did not properly provide that to me.
