As an FYI, you may want to look at your Account Settings to make sure the Biometrics setting is turned on. Not only did they try to bully me into auto pay telling me it was policy (even though I opted out when I signed my contract, and customer service said they couldn’t do this) the “manager” if you even went to call her that, was rude AF and extremely unprofessional talking about how the fired another employee (like that has anything to do with me). On top of that on their contract they stated 30 day notice before rent increase and they did not properly provide that to me. ### 1/5 — Payment Crash *2025-04-23, version 1.0.4* Anytime I click the “make a payment” button the app immediately crashes. ### 1/5 — Junk app *2025-04-23, version 1.0.4* Can't make payments.
