I had a ecobee that worked amazing. It never glitched and had so many options. 
This smart therm app keeps disconnecting from. My internet and the only way to reconnect is to DELETE MY ACCOUNT , reconfigure then start all over again with my settings . Brutal.

After last update I can’t start app anymore.

Loaded the latest version of the app on February 22,2023. Now the app flashes on for a second then disappears on my iPhone XR. Now I can’t control my thermostat remotely. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Still the same problem. Useless update!!

Se desconfigura cada vez que hay una actualización y cuesta mucho trabajo volver a configurarlo. La última vez tuve que ponerme en contacto con el fabricante del producto.
