When it comes to school inventory, it’s impossible to know which materials are where at all times. That’s what I thought until I found SmartTrack. It’s an inventory system made by educators that know we don’t have enormous amounts of money or time to spend implementing a resource tracking system. They created a way to manage these resources using a smart phone or tablet to easily identify and track materials over time.

As a former teacher and now a professional that works with teachers, school administrators and school district staff, Smarttrack seemlessly and efficiently tracks all of our materials, and at an affordable price. Gone are the days where we’d spend countless hours documenting our curricula. Thanks to Smarttrack, that time now goes towards supporting our students.

So long, old fashioned Excel spreadsheets! SmartTrack is an affordable app that allows you to scan, inventory, and track your school districts books and assets easily and efficiently. The two best parts...it’s affordable (especially after seeing some of the quotes from its competitors 😱), and it’s easy to use! All you need is an iPhone/iPad and a computer...no complicated or expensive scanning technology. We are excited to be using it in our school district for the first time this spring, and we are confident it will increase the efficiency of our inventory and procurement process. Thanks, SmartTrack!
