This app is ridiculous as it will not allow you to start after 8pm AEST. Some of us want to be able to walk in the evening! Please fx this isdue!

19/7/23 The app crashes if you try to save changes to account details, I appreciate the nice oriental music it provides though when you start the treadmill, who approved of this? If youre reading this and decide to make a review, add the date and check to see if you can change your details without it crashing

An egregious waste of time. Bought a Centra Electric Treadmill Walking Pad through Bunnings Australia and while the treadmill works fine with its own remote, this software off the supplied QR code is about as useful as a fan in the Arctic Circle. If anyone reads this at the company, either fix it or just don’t supply the software at all. I almost lost the will to live trying to figure it out. Oh and guys? Don’t send the printed instructions either. I nearly had an aneurism trying to understand the first paragraph. Useless beyond measure.

I don’t require a lot, but basics would be nice. App does not have English option. You have to do everything in kg instead of mph or inches. You want it to be universal then you need to have universal features.

The app is very poorly designed. The layout is all over the place. Just by coincidence I found out that you can swipe to the left to see the connection function. Translations are poor too. Once connected, it’s difficult to change the speed while running. 
We all know that we didn’t acquire a treadmill for thousands of dollars with all modcons, however even for a more modest Modell one could expect a fully functional app that doesn’t come with the charm of the 1990s.

This App is hard to use. Glitchy. Some components are not in English. The support centre provides an error message which is not in English so you can’t work out what the problem is.

I have a XsMax and the app doesn’t run worth crap!  It skips and stutters all through the run.  It didn’t record any of my static’s and if it would have it doesn’t let you choose btw metric or miles!  It needs to be USA savvy!  The tread mill it goes with gas the same problem but if you can’t get out it’s better than nothing for an affordable price!  Needs a whole lot of work and updates done!!!!
