Been using this for about a year. Many attempts have been made to make improvements to our buildings tour sheet. Each time a change is made there’s a new problem that comes up. The new issue gets resolved in the next update, but then I can’t log into my account without credential issue error messages. They fix that issue, now I get logged out of my account sporadically throughout my tour. I deal with it and finally finish my tour, and now I get error messages when attempting to submit. One big mess of problems.

Using this app is the most tedious and frustrating part of my day. The company doesn’t seem to care about fixing any of its issues. This is the least efficient way to keep track of equipment information. 1 star is to many.

This app is complete garbage. Miles behind similar apps such as LogCheck. If you’re looking to implement a program that infuriates your employees, this is the one for you.
