I have two cameras both having been working fine until a few weeks ago. Both are now showing ‘Wrong DID’ on the App and not connecting. Nothing appears to being done to fix this with no updates to the App appearing, to fix the issue . Cameras are now totally useless.

I have a house in 2 different counties with Smartwares camera but both give no correct DID while it is the correct one.
For year no problem but now already too long.
It should be the problem in the web system of Smartwares but they do not report or give any impute or contact.
Very very frustrating!

Since a couple of days there is an error in several camera’s, “DID onjuist/incorrect”. Resulting in no use of the camera, not even the picture is visible. Resetting the camera helps to get the picture back but once you connect to your local SSID the image and the functions no longer appear, very frustating. It appears I am not the only one, any help or an update?

Ich habe die Klingel nach Monaten wieder nutzen wollen und nichts aber auch garnichts funktioniert. Der Aufbau dauert ewig und klingen bringt nichts, da die App keinerlei Benachrichtigung liefert.
Vielleicht sollte man zu Ring wechseln, da kümmert man sich um Updates und Funktionalität. Ganz mieses Zeugnis, Freunde.

eine neue Video Türklingel Byron DIC-23112 sendet keine Benachrichtigung sobald der Klingelknopf gedrückt wird. Also Klingel ohne Hinweis, nutzlos!

I had persevered  with this doorbell for months now including running a power supply to the push so I wouldn’t need to keep removing it to recharge. I haven't been able to get the unit to ring my mobile. I’ve reset everything several times on the off chance I’m missing something?  Don’t think I am . Sorry but it’s useless if it only rings upside. The camera works so I can only think it’s a software issue. No updates for 2 year ? I’ve had this 6  months it’s never responded on my iPhone ten ?
