La app tiene mucho que mejorar, la parte de ejercicios es simplemente un bloque de notas con vídeos, se podría hacer algo más personalizado donde el usuario podría ir marcando las repeticiones que lleva, que el tiempo de descanso se pudiera cronometrar desde la propia app, poder hacer tus propios planes... etc

Die App ist an sich ganz gut. Es wäre natürlich super wenn sie auch in deutscher Sprache zur Verfügung stehen würde. 

Die Übungen sind gut, und werden in den Videos auch gut gezeigt. 

Was ich mir wünschen würde wäre wenn es einen individuellen KI Coach geben würde. Wenn man nach jeder Übung angeben könnte, ob es zu schwer war oder zu leicht. Dass die Gewichte und die Anzahl der Wiederholungen angepasst werden. Oder das man einen Plan anpassen kann, wenn es mal an einem Tag in der Woche nicht passt oder man nur wenig Zeit hat.

Much more content is required on this app.  There are no workouts for the smartpress kit which I have just received so having to look online/youtube for guided workouts.  Would also like to see individual work outs for working different areas.

Overall the bands and all the stuff that comes with it looks pretty decent. However, I bought the product because the app and its training programs seemed cool. Turns out you pay 5€ and I’m not really sure why. You have 3 very basic training programs. You can’t customize workouts and the tracking feature is an overall tool that you have to use outside of the workout (instead of being able to record the load and reps directly from the program). It’s not a cheap product and with the app being so basic it really makes it a very average product. 
I hope they revamp the app and I can turn this into a 5* review.

It’s good to use but I do wish to open and use it…but sometimes it won’t even start, it’s just the opening screen and then nothing more

I‘d apprechiate that an app i pay 5$ for would just work. It happens very often i tap on a category or training and nothing would happen. 

Apart from this the contents and layout are very clear. 

Overall the product is very good but please improve the app.

I bought the elite set of Smartworkout resistance bands and accessories.  No problem there, they are well made and should see me through many training sessions.
The accompanying app has two free training programs - again, no problem.  The exercises are clearly explained and easy to follow.  The third training program costs extra - why, when I have already paid a lot for the equipment ?
My problem is with the exercise tracking section of the app.  I assumed it would link to the exercise program I am following.  Not at all, it simply lists every conceivable exercise I could do with resistance bands, and leaves me to find my exercises somewhere in the list.  I can add extra notes such as the resistance level I am using for each exercise, but it is really not user friendly.
I still use the app to learn each new exercise, but I am not bothering with the tracking.  Itis easier to monitor my progress with pen and paper.

You decide to get into shape and you purchase a 110 euro resistance band set. You would expect the app to work flawlessly but it’s a shame there are so many problems! App is really slow and laggy. Sometimes the videos take forever to load or they don’t load at all. You also get a lot of “something went wrong” messages when you try to access the library.
They clearly don’t care for their clients since there hasn’t been updates to fix these issues.

Sehr geehrtes Kundenservice, Ich habe 2x die Bänder für 110€ geholt das heißt für 220€ und trotzdem muss ich für die App zahlen! Das ist Wucher man hätte den Code für die App als Premium machen können wenn man die Bänder kauft für die volle Funktion die 5€ sind schwachsinn!

Purtroppo manca la lingua italiana e, soprattutto, spesso i video non partono. Frequenti crash. Peccato, perché il supporto online non è all’altezza di un ottimo prodotto. Difetti della app: 1) i video degli esercizi devono essere scaricati ogni volta che si guardano (sarebbe meglio se fossero pre caricati in app) e non si possono impostare in modalità tutto schermo; 2) per vedere l’esercizio completo, la app rimanda a video YouTube monetizzati! Ciò significa che c’è la pubblicità! 3) manca una funzione cronometro in app 4) manca la possibilità di appuntare la quantità di resistenza che si usa per ogni tipologia di esercizio (non sempre ci si ricorda) 5) capita spesso che lezioni già completate risultino ancora da fare al successo avvio della app. 6) la app dovrebbe essere integrata in tempo reale con gli allenamenti suggeriti sulla pagina Facebook di Smart workout.

Sono tutte mancanze molto gravi, da correggere al più presto.

Il prodotto è ottimo, ma l’app funziona davvero male. Bisogna dare modo di inserire il livello di resistenza utilizzato direttamente sull’esercizio, non andare a cercarlo in un secondo momento. Inoltre ho acquistato il pacchetto Smart gains, ovviamente I soldi sono stati scalati ma l’app ha crashato e non ho accesso al pacchetto allenamenti

This app does not function. Creating an account is a nightmare as is logging in with several attempts required for both. Then most of the interface is unusable and certain plans don’t even exist once clicked on. The training section is just a blank page! Not impressed at all.

Most of the time the video don’t play or they stop and refuse to play.
The Hardware is topnotch but this app is soooooooooo bad.
Why aren’t the videos not integrated into the app.
There is no offline function.
I would pay for this app if it works well.
But now I bought the whole kit and have a app which is not working correctly.
Just disappointing i always have to use my mobile traffic when I use it outside and it isn’t working stable.
And inside the app is the same I have the fastest internet connection you can have in Germany and the videos alwaaaaaaaays crash.
Pls make the app work

Estoy muy contento con el producto y con la aplicación, cuyos vídeos me ayudan a realizar correctamente los ejercicios. Hay muchos ejercicios, tantos que a veces es difícil hacerlos todos de cada uno de los grupos musculares. Es verdad que en el caso concreto de los bíceps solo aparecen cuatro ejercicios y que me resultan insuficientes, pero tras una consulta por email que amablemente han respondido al día siguiente de realizarla, ya me han informado de que están trabajando en ello para incluir más ejercicios. Puedo decir tras un mes utilizando las bandas elásticas que los resultados son visibles y que en mi caso particular me resulta más fácil realizar correctamente los movimientos con bandas elásticas que con mancuernas y que además es más cómodo si entrenas en tu casa. Hay ejercicios equivalentes a los ejercicios que se realizan con máquinas en el gimnasio con resultados óptimos. En resumen, recomiendo tanto el producto como la aplicación.

The app is great, has good user guides and training videos. By other bands creators you must pay for the training. The plan is ok for a beginner. 
The only thing I miss: the detailed info about the used muscles

Great app for resistance band workouts. Other similar apps charge a monthly fee. This is free with the option of paying a one off payment of £4 for a full workout plan.

Kann man evtl. eine Funktion einbauen, um den Fortschritt zurückzusetzen? Ich mach den einen Kurs zum zweiten Mal, vergesse aber immer wo ich war, da alles bereits abgehakt ist. Die history hilft hier auch nicht richtig.

Soy principiante, llevaba unos 7 meses entrenando y llevo 3 semanas con esta app, me está sirviendo mucho como guía para no perderme entre entrenamientos. Los vídeos explicativos de los movimientos son buenos e intuitivos aunque estén en inglés. Además, tienes un apartado donde registrar la resistencia que usas en cada entreno para no perderte en tu progreso. A mí me está encantando, especialmente porque puedes seguir diferentes programas diseñados para entrenar las partes del cuerpo específicas, aunque también tienes entrenos fullbody. 
Muy contenta :)

Die Übungen werden sehr gut gezeigt und man kann beliebig für sich selbst die schwierigkeit auswählen. Nur schade, dass es nicht auf Deutsch steht… sonst große Klasse!

Applicazione molto comoda e utile soprattutto poter vedere i video degli esercizi. 
È un po scomodo il tracking: sarebbe più comodo poter tracciare i propri progressi direttamente dalla scheda dell’esercizio senza dover uscire, ricercare l’esercizio ed inserire il valore.
Sempre nella scheda sarebbe comodo vedere l’ultimo tracking inserito.

Esercizi per che ha pochissimo tempo. Il tutto spiegato con i video dell’app . Impossibile sbagliare. Aggiungerei solo la lingua italiana e le pause da fare tra un esercizio e l’altro oltre che ad altri programmi .
