It is a celebration and a haven for Jewish women where there is no artifice. I’m from New Zealand, and our Jewish community is so small and, unfortunately, said community is quite away from my area… thus, I’ve felt very lonely and isolated from our people. They supposedly are a non-political inclusive group. I said “supposedly” because apparently bullying and politics are ok for some people. When I complained I received ZERO response. It’s been quite some time now. There are free communities that are far superior. I’m sorry I ended up paying so much because when there was a problem they ghosted me. Save your money and mental health ### 1/5 — Subscribe before checking out? *2023-05-14* Not sure if it’s just a bug but I can’t check out the app at all to see if it’s something I would want to subscribe to. It looks interesting and I don’t want to bash the app if it’s just a bug but I can’t explore anything at all. Only a video shows up and then a subscription button. I can’t see if any members are in my area. It was fun during Hanukkah to see everyone’s menorahs and no hateful comments underneath. Plus there are pages to share recipes, books, connect with people your age, etc. and no ads! You get what you pay for, free social media is a cesspool, paying for this app gives me a happy place to go to on my phone. ### 5/5 — An Oasis of Jewish Joy *2023-12-22* Deeply grateful to have found a place to connect with Jewish women on everything from marathon training to baking tips to music recommendations to translating Yiddish.
