Second, half time it doesn’t “load” giving a server error. What is it loading? Where is my info? It should all be on my phone. Absolute junk and waste of time and money. I’m Okkaii with paying but it doesn’t even give me that option it keeps crashing now I can’t access the labels I already had saved because the free membership keeps popping up blocking everything and it just crashes !!!!! I had reached out to the developer who after a few days fixed the issue and they gave me the year access. Now I get u stupid sad face everytime I try to open the app !!!!!! I can’t open the app and access anything. Reached out to developer yet again so let’s see what now. So what we have to pay 10$/year. That’s cheap compared to other subscriptions I have. Only issue is you can’t sort the list, thankfully we can search for bin names. ### 5/5 — Helpful *2024-12-31* I was having issues after scanning a couple labels. It was trying to get me to. Subscribe and I was having issues with the app that I reached out via email and thankfully, they were able to rectify the problem for me.
