첫 화면 업데이트중 화면에서 15%에서 멈추거나 22-23%에서 계속 멈춥니다.  기다려도 진행 안되고 앱 삭제 후 재설치해도 동일한 증상 발생. 핸드폰 재부팅후에도 동일합니다. 리뷰 보니 3월에도 동일 증상이 발생한 유저분이 계신데 2개월이 지난 현 시점에서도 해당 증상이 발생하는거면 내부에서 원인 분석 및 프로그램 개선 좀 부탁드립니다.

SMAXH made it incredibly easy to find local tennis partners around LA. I matched with players who were not only close by but also shared my level!  If you’re in LA for the tournament and hoping to rally, practice, or just meet other players who play, this app is honestly perfect. Love it!

*오랜 이용자로써의 솔직리뷰

현재 시점으로(25년 8월 23일)
고객친화적인 시스템은 삭제 및 변경 후 결제 시스템 도입. (현 시점 매칭하려면 무조건적인 결제 후 채팅 가능)
추가로 테니스장 양도 탭은 내정보에서 확인 가능하며, 눈에 잘 띄지 않음.

여기저기서 불편사항을 토로하지만 유일무이한 테니스 매칭 어플이라 대체할 수 없음.
수익화를 하고싶은 것은 알겠으나
대체 어플이 나오면 고객 이탈을 걱정해야할 수 있고, 스매시 이용자로써는 이미지를 생각해서 그 전에 시스템 개선을 해줬으면 좋겠음.

개인적으로는 업데이트가 마음에 안들어서 별점은 안좋게 주지만,
초기 이용자로써의 진심어린 의견은 겸허히 수용하고 어느정도 타협점을 찾아서 개선할 수 있는 어플이 됐으면 좋겠음.
